When I prepare a dish, I pour my heart into it, hoping to create a moment of happiness for those who enjoy it. Whether I’m crafting a feast for our team or experimenting with new recipes, my dishes always come with a side of passion and a sprinkle of fun!
I love exploring different flavours and cuisines, finding inspiration in the stories behind each recipe. Cooking allows me to express myself and share a piece of my culture, and I feel incredibly lucky to be able to do this every day.
